VB Captain Once Again

Van Berlo has been named captain for the second consecutive year, with Scotty Thompson vice captain and big Truck Rutten the deputy VC. Joining these three experienced guys in the leadership group are youngster Paddy Dangerfield and Rory Sloane. Those two become the youngest players in Adelaide's history to be part of the leadership group.

Adelaide has also put together an emerging leaders group consisting of Vince, Douglas, Tippett, Jacobs, Mackay and Petrenko.

What are everyones thoughts on the leadership group for 2012? I think it is looking pretty good. The additions of Danger and Sloane I think will help raise their game to another level as they're given extra responsibilities :)

Agree CF, I think it looks like a pretty solid leadership group. Dangerfield will depend on where he plays, but i think Sloane is ready for a HUGE year  ;D

Promoting Tippett Is that a Move to help sway his mind about going back to Qld? Just asking the Question for thoughts as he has an easy ending contract this year I think.
