Why is it that in a game where the opposition rates about twice as much as me (so 80k odd) and we are playing on a sticky pitch that I have only lost 4 wickets in the first 25 overs?

I started poorly in my game, losing 3 wicket in the first 10 overs. Peden and Harku steadied the ship until 4 ball before drinks:
