This is my third take...
* Fwd - I've managed to get Martin and Sidebottom after some shuffling.
* Mids - Pendles/Abblett lock in, Griffen, I had Watson but round 12 byes would have decimated midfield, whats peoples opinion on him (Watson), cant he have a great year, if he can avoid injury?  He is a gun.  Or some other options to put in at no.3 midfielder.
* Ruck - Lockin
* Defence - Happy with.

Rookies I'll deal with post NAB cup.

GOOD ruck set up. good premiums. good use of your dual position players. tend to not really look too much into rookies as yet

Re rookies, I think I'll take the not overspend policy, i.e. no one over 130k, as long as they are likely to play early rounds, then thats ok with me.  But yeah, the backbone of team Goddard/Deledio - Pendles/Ablett - Mumford/Burger - Franklin/Pavlich hopefully can lockin for the entire season, season ending injuries excepted, fingers crossed.

Hmm, a very nice looking team. Can't fault it. 9/10.
My prediction is you'll make the grand final of your league, and get beaten by a 10/10 team there...

very nice team. however, i don't think griffen is worth that much and neither is adcock. i'd personally go for selwood and broughton or even lake if he plays well.
i'd also bring in an adelaide player to make use of their early fixtures, i.e. dangerfield for martin. then bring martin in later when his fixtures ease up.

all just suggestions, but overall a good team, 8.5/10. thoughts on mine? thx!

There are much better rookies than Pfeiffer to have in the midfield. Just my thought.

yeah rookies, im not too worried about at this stage.

Not sold on Griffen yet, had Watson but had bye issues, had Swallow, but not sure.  Could downgrade Pendles to Swan then pickup a Murphy or Judd or Selwood or even Sam Mitchell.  What do people think of downgrade of a Pendles to Swan to then get another proven A-grader?  I mean makes a lot of sense really!!

In these cases go with your gut feeling. Personally I will be targeting Pendles as an upgrade target due to Pies hard draw and the fact he struggles against top teams.
