I reckon it's between Dal Santo and Murphy but with Gibbs playing more time in the midfield this year he may steal a few points off Murphy so I've gone with Nicky Dal.

All very capable players. Take you pick really. I have Murphy from that lot.

You don't have selwood? He is my pick!!!!

Obese Arachnid

No love S.Thompson with the Crows draw this year? Has the round eleven bye too which is fairly premium mid friendly.

Love Joel Selwood (I'm a Cats fan) but unfortunately he just doesn't kick enough goals (like GAJ, Swann, Murphy, etc.) in order to become a super-premium... Believe me, I wish he did/hope he does, but that just doesn't seem to be his game. Great contested ball/clearance player, with very reliable disposal, but does most of his work on the inside, not the outside - will always be a reliable premium mid, but unlikely (in my humble opinion) to ever turn into a SC super-premium mid.

3rd mid prem (obviously other than Pendles as you already have Swanny) for mine would be Marc Murphy - super-reliable, gets leather poisoning & a consistent goal scorer = a super-premium in the making. Could do what Pendles did last year (when he jumped hi ave from 110 to 129 ppg) - not hard to see Murph jumping from 118 to 129 ppg... At worst I see him maintaining his 118 ppg ave - pretty good worst-case scenario imo.

murphy no question! gun SC player.

i have pendles gablett murphy barlow and cant wait for the first bounce, others i wanted to have in SC mids were swallow and griffen and shuey tho that i think will smash it this season also but hey cant have everyone..... sigh

as for the poll voted murphy agree with dmac swall a close second and he is captain now can he get even better ?

I have Ablett, Swan and Murphy starting, and tossing up between Selwood and Swallow as my 4th mid. Could Swallow hit the magical 120 ave this year? Or is that wishful thinking?
