No. Coming from Brisbane I don't like Hanley and would not consider him in a team I make.

He's considerably younger and playing in a team, that unlike the WBD, can't really slide much further :P

Barring injury you'd expect him to at minimum retain an average of 80+

I'd say he'll retain his average but you'd want kinda in excess of 88+ from your backmen in which you paid 400k for. I think there are better guns for a little more and better value picks for a fair bit less.
