Here it is, pretty settled, but still not sure about Swallow, I did have Mitchell, who is better out of those two for 2012, i.e. best value.

And Heppel and Adcock in the backline, with 53k spare should I upgrade one of them to someone else?

ok so first how do you get your team picture up like that?

DEF: solid great rooks, i would downgrade buntine and upgrade adcock who i am just not 100% on but he could prove me wrong, just not sure buntine can outscore another rook that puts his hand p in nabcup by enough to justify the extra 70K cost.

MID: a little unique with swall but brilliant, wouldnt change it other than squeezing in pendles instead of him if you had the money, but swallow is captain now looks great this pre-season is a SC gun already, only difference with your first 4 and my first 4 is pendles-swallow. make sure horsley is promoted off the rookie list and set for early games (should be) otherwise good roos, i would watch clifton in nab cup too.

RUCK: super solid faultless.

FWD: dont know elliot from the pies, heard he is rated highly but i doubt even didak will get a game in that team so will the rook get many? otherwise strong fwd line, i would try to squeeze in one of the 3 breakout candidates in Zaka, Sidebottom and (you have martin) , instead of either brown or christensen but they are also my favourite two mid priced fwds so again cant fault the fwd line.

Looks a great team I reckon you'll do very very well with it.

save money on buntine and clifton.. the difference in scores between them and a rookie 106k wont be that different and use the money to upgrade christensen to one said above - zaka or steele but realy any other high forward.
elliot is a good POD in terms of rookies, could work well

dont think backline needs to be touched. i have the same 4 prems and think they will work perfectly for the season

Only comment I will make is select the best available rookies in all positions who are playing in round 1. eg Rowe may not be playing for the first few games so select one that is and then downgrade to Rowe when he is on the bubble that is playing his third game as price does not move until the third game is played. Not a good idea to have non playing rookies at the start if you want to make cash. Also if 2 rookies are performing at similar levels always take the lower priced one as there is more potential gain there.

If you feel comfortable with your prems I would just sit on the $53k and have in reserve for upgrades when required.

Good team.  8.5/10. 
Dont forget mpp for added flexibility.
I think swan or selwood will be better value than murphy.
Mitchell is more consistent than swallow- id probably rather him of the two.
Thats a formidable ruck combo
