This is some big new improvement. I cant remember a pre-season where Pav hasnt completed all the required work.

Pav wont play much in the midfield. Lyon has already stated many times that Pav will play predominantly forward. The loss of weight for Pav is part of the pre-season plan for every player to get their skin-folds in order. That's part of the reason why Walters was sent back to the Swans WAFL club as he didn't reach acceptable levels.

Zac Clarke has been training as a forward all pre-season.

Same here. Goodes has just shaded him in DT due to his incredulous draw (and a double date vs GWS including round 1 loophole ;))
