I like it. Can't see Yarran improving much this year. 85-90 will be it imo. Probably not a keeper. Good team though, some calculated risks that may just set you apart. Good luck!

Thanks MC. Yeah I swapped Scotland with Yarran. I hope he hits an average of 100 this year.  I think he's capable but who knows!

On what I can see, you know who is good and who isn't but I think you need to look at team balance.  Starting 3 rookie forwards who may not get games is high risk stuff, especially when you could downgrade your midfield a bit and boost your fwd line.
Murphy had a great year last year and will likely go about the same this year so drop him (for now) and downgrade to another rookie (check NAB cup).  This will free up cash to draft in Dustin Martin (or similar) to bolster your fwds.  Fwd rookies (along with rucks) are the least likely to play in their first years and they traditionally don't score as well as mid rookies.

Thanks Piccollo. Starting 3 rookies up forward isn't ideal I know. Great advice I'll be watching the young guys closely for sure!

It would be highly unlikely you'll finish top 1000 starting 3 rookie forwards.  You'd need to be very lucky with your picks.  Last year Darling and Tapscott were the two best at the start, with Matera being a mixed bag.  Everyone got Cam Richardson and he turned out to be a dud.  Mid rookies are a better bet.

Absolutely true.

OUTSTANDING TEAM!!!

Wilkes = Gun. Definitely in the Saints best 22. Good enough to start on field for sure!
Mitchell = Best pick. Nevermind that he's been in the rehab group in his 1st preseason.
Ross = Amazing unique. Not many other people would have this guy.
Having 4 players coming back after major injuries is a brilliant touch.
Having Redpath on the bench is a masterstroke. Nevermind that he is a rookie who can't play. Top choice.
The MPP between Treloar, Kerridge and Zorko is utilised to it's full potential. Their rock solid JS doesn't even matter due to the amazing way you have positioned them in your team. You could almost fit another forward rookie in if you wanted to.

The brilliance of this team has made me realise how much of a muppet that I truly am.

Would look at your ruck structure as Cox, Berger and Giles all have the Round 11 bye. Look at Mumford, Sandi or Mcevoy as prem options to replace one or a rookie ruck with bye in round 12 or 13 to replace Giles.

Not fan of risk with both Lake and Grimes but personal.

Will not comment on rookies save to select the best available and playing from round 1.
