As usual we will start by deciding on the keeper for the squad. I am limiting this to ONE nomination per person as you really shouldn't have more than one keeper in your team anyway ;)

Will leave nominations up for a few days before we get the voting underway :)

My nomination is Imran Gul

No chance of getting to spec keeping. Even with my lavish academy he wouldn't make it unless he was going to pop to excellent in the next 2 weeks...

pop to excellent ? lol

He's on pure keeper training and it has taken 5 weeks per level so far throughout his career. Why does this change? Ash says training gets slower w/ age, not which level you're at.

i.e. It takes longer to go outs > spec because the player is older, not because training to spec takes longer. Therefore pure keeping @ 19yo shouldn't be too outrageous. Well yeah, he'd prob turn 20 then hit spec the next week or two by my estimations.

Haha I meant expert ::)
Yeah it has taken 5 weeks at 18, but at 19 it could be 6 weeks. And actually once you hit outstanding it does take longer to go up the levels than before regardless of age. So it does actually take longer to train to spec than train to outstanding

100% right, each level above out takes longer, otherwise you'd see players with legendary primaries ::)
