yep not so black and white eh elephants. im sure most winners of dt overall have taken a slightly different approach from the rest of the pack....if my mid pricers come through fpr me it will be glorious!  ;)

I have a few mid-pricers in the fwd/backline but it has led to a huge midfield for me!!

didn't read all of this, but I disagree with that assertion.

West, like most of geelongs rucks, is a long term prospect. The cats will want to get games into him, but not risk him overly, or burn him out.

Stephensen however, is 30 next year. Good for maybe 3 years tops. I think we'll find, especially with vardy + simpson injured, big O will be taking the brunt of the work, while West eases into AFL level. Geelong will probably play him flat out tbh once vardy + simpson come back, he might cop a rest to 3/4 of the way through the season, or break down, but that's my estimate ;)
