Hey guys, I reckon I've finally settled on a good team. RMT and i'll rate yours too!

goddard deledio broughton heppell lake davis clarke (smedts sierowski)
ablett murphy selwood swallow gaff zorko (shiel allen)
leunberger giles (stephenson rowe)
franklin goodes dangerfield brown didak saad walsh (pfeiffer dickson)

here's my explanation:
DEFENCE: solid picks in goddard deledio and broughton. heppell is mr consistent and i reckon he'll improve from last year's average. lake can be good if he starts and gets anywhere near the form of 2 years ago. davis is the heart of the gws defence and since the ball is gonna be there 95% of the time, i reckon he could be a good pick, especially as he as good skills for disposal. m.clarke should be a good rebounding player for collingwood. smedts should play for geelong and sierowski for kangas, but will wait and see after nab cup
MIDS: 4 solid picks. gaff is a differential who i reckon will have have a break out year. the rookies will change after nab cup.
RUCKS: leuy is a solid pick. rookies are enough atm and will milk them for money before trading to big guns / downgrading for money
FWDS: franklin and goodes are solid picks. dangerfield is a bit of a gamble, but he has the class and adelaide the fixtures for him to do well. hopefully he does! brown is a superstar and so is didak, but will monitor his form. rookies will rotate.

Solid back line
The midfield also solid.
Ruckmen are important, upgrade Giles. Massive flaw. I would downgrade Gaff and upgrade Giles. Ruckmen are better than def and most fwds.
The forward is risky with goodes, brown and didak getting old. Dangerfield is a huge risk, but it may pay off.

I know you might enjoy the idea of having Gaff in your midfield, but you need to downgrade him and let Dylan Shiel to the major cash-cowing duties in your midfield. Use the cash you got from Gaff to upgrade either Dangerfield or Didak to another premium forward, and upgrade Rowe to a mid-priced ruckman (Rowe will be a great downgrade option a few rounds in to the season. He's injured at the moment and won't be back for a few weeks into the year) - then you're set. :) Good team otherwise.

I think giles could be good enough as your initial second ruck but your team is leaking money on risks.  Brown ok but didak and dangerfield?  Davis and lake are just as risky.  Use your ruck saving to bolster your team - get shaw or scotland in the backs and pav in fwds by downgrading gaff, didak and davis.  I only count 10 keepers in that team, so to get an awesome starting 22. (assuming one up and one down per upgrade) ull need 24 trades!  No room for error there.

got to have franklin. need 2 premium rucks. they will average at least 10 more than any other forward or back other than franklin goddard( maybe the odd breakout player) and take risks on rookies in the backs forwards as there will be plenty.

broughton role could change so be careful. and no davis or lake. go a prem and a rookie. eg shaw and docherty?

mids are awesome. and heppell and cloke could be good unique picks.

Good team not too sold on lake as yet but there
Is alot of positives and negatives

Midfield is strong but maybe downgrade swallow to someone
Like wingard to free up some cash my opinion
Anyway

Rucks solid But could use extra money to swap
Mcevoy for sandilands or cox

Forwards strong not too sure bout didak though
Or goodes

But all up pretty solid team
