Grimes definatelys in my opinion. Cant see too much upside in lake.

If Lake is named Rd 1 he's in my team.

Grimes 110%.

I just don't like defensive KPP's in DT

Nails

Lake had one good DT season, where the doggies were a top 4 dominant force who chipped around in the backline for 3 quarters of a match.

Now the doggies are shower, Lake will be shower as he usually is.

Lake always was and will be a shower choice except for that 1 season. Anyone picking him is making a huge mistake IMO.

yorgis

spot on nails, his last 5 years averages are '10-100, '09- 81, '08-73, '07-78, '06- 52 [51 last year] plus the fact he'll turn 30

before start of season. i reckon i may just jump off, but will still be curious to see how he goes in nab

Lake is a big maybe.

As for Grimes is his scoring potential is unquestionable. Getting injured is just a big concern. I can't pick him again.

Last two years he is has burned me.  :(

totally agree. the thought process behind lake is an interesting one... are ppl looking at him to be a keeper or someone who can rocket in value to be upgraded?

Victorius Secret

You just have to prepare yourself that grimes won't play every game, cause he won't.

DT-SC

lake will score well depending on the style of footy the dogs play

If you only take one, Gimes would be the better choice, but at this stage I have both.
As with all DT teams, it is likely to change a million times before r1. We'll just have to see how they go in NAB cub.
