mid rookies are terrible. Keep shiel but hrosley is still rookie listed and other two wont play. Look at steve clifton, anthony miles, james macdonald, dom tyson ect. or look for dpp links like luke brown (def) or sam kerridge (fwd)

Hayes im not really liking. You could get a young gun like Rory Sloane or Jack Trengove

Fwds need a bit of work. Id drop porpa to another rookie like panos, taylor adams, redpath or kerridge (but start zorko) and then upgrade brown to one of : dangerfield, ballantyne, wright, dawes, christensen
