I really like TDL, I watched him in a couple of WAFL games before he got drafted, very happy we picked him up.
He weill go well, just needs to string a few games together.

i dont think its that as he had some awesome games in the 2s last year, jusst doesnt sit well in the 1s strategy

Hmmmm
JPK is a rover not a centre
Swap Reid and Goodes, Rohan and Handles
Shaw named twice???

Not bad

SydneyRox

Sorry, that was my typing. Smith now added.

LRT will be playing CHB if the NAB is any indication. Obviously ROK will miss at least round 1, right now I think he gets replaced by Walsh/Seaby/Pyke. They went with a big fwd line all through the NAB, so why unless it was a trial on how they may play this season?? Bolton also has been playing a lot more fwd so far.

Capper

ok im thinking

Backs       Johnson        Richards        Mattner
H.Back     Shaw            Grundy         Smith
Centre     Hannebery     Bolton          McVeigh
H.Fwd      Jetta              Goodes         Rohan
Fwd         McGlynn         Reid             White
Foll          Mumford        Kennedy       Jack
Int           Parker           LRT              Bird        Eski

If handles doent play round 1, Parker starts and Pyke comes in.

Bolton and Goodes will swap places as the game goes on

SydneyRox

Can you really see Canada starting in front of Seaby, White, Walsh and Morton??

Capper

White is there, but yeh in front of Walsh, Seaby and Morton

SydneyRox

WOW, you have much more faith in Mike than I do! I would be happy to see him play a pure backup ruck role, but floating fwd he scares me!! I would rather ANYONE else be kicking for goal than Mike. I cant see him making the starting team

He's a crazy Canadian will pace to burn, a tackling machine and tall enough to useful in the ruck

SydneyRox

Well you may be right, Canada is in the team this week, Seaby, White, Morton and Walsh are all missing from what looks like a full strength (minus injuries) team!

lamb and cunningham still fighting for that upgrade spot, although they still wont play

SydneyRox

Lamb is already on the main list. and since we havent sighted Campbell Heath this preseason I can see Cunnington not getting upgraded, but he will be the vest man if he gets a game

TheMailman

I couldn't really see Cunningham getting near a AFL game this year  :-\

He looks bright for the future though and I'm sure Sydney are stoked that they picked him up with pick 93 of the rookie draft

Cicjose

there are 2 spots available to upgrade rookies under the assumption one goes to Campbell Heath......

the other goes to.....

There's only 1 spot left. Sydney have Goodes and Bolton as their two veterans and only Alex Brown is on the LTI list
