Optus in Queensland is Bull

My phone line has gone down due to the weather weve had here over the past week or so. Optus has informed me it will be at least a week until someone can get here to just have a look. Apparently there is a high volume of faults being reported. So I'm down to just the I phone and DT and SC open in a couple of days. Ahhhhhhhhh. Why now? Hahaha. Oh well
