Howard: would stay away personally other 2 are better options.
Lake: proven performer. If he plays he will score relatively well.

If he's over his injuries and attitude problem(s), Lake by a mile.  I don't get the impression he and Eade were getting on that well last year, the change of head coach could make a big difference in his approach to his injuries and his game.

Lake is the proven performer but still has massive concerns over his mental state.  If he gets selected for R1 then he's in my team

None? Well, I don't like Lake as all he has shown last year was the he's lazy and injured... bit harsh, but makes picking my DT a helluva lot easier. I would pick Conca out of those three
