Basically, yes.
I'll just name your risky players/ones which can be reconsidered:
Enright (fairly minor thing about his age)
Broughton (again, fairly minor about what role he will play under Lyon)
Grimes (injury prone)
Spurr (will he be elevated from the rookie list?)
Boumann (just because i've never heard of him)
... whoa! Why is Brennan there? Erm, he should do alright...

Swap Pendles for GAJ, who I think is a bit cheaper (?) but certainly a better captain option
NDS had a broken hand in the off-season, didn't he?
Please don't go Coniglio unless you expect him to average 90+, so many better options which will free up cash (which you have very little of)
Maric (maybe H-Mac instead?)
Didak (lost his dreamy dream team ways)
Winderlich (coming back from LTI)
I would strongly advise putting Franklin in, yes he gets so many FK against, but he averages over 100!!!

Super strong mids, overall a pretty good team. As mentioned above, I wouldn't trust Grimes.. he's on my never again list. Didak, if he can find '10 form.. great. But I seriously doubt he will play as up the ground as he used to anymore.

Not really, but I think this year you need to have 5-6 prems. Well he may have 5 if you count N Roo, but I don't so 4 prems isn't enough imo.
