Its worth it in the end Shaggy - I quit in Feb 2011 and feel a lot better for it (also 20kg heavier :P)

Haha, I quit cold turkey on October 10th 2007 after smoking for 16 years and haven't had a puff since. Stacked on the weight straight away :P

It's hard work, but it only takes a few weeks for the cravings to go away. Good luck with it - You can do it!!

Think of the health problems you will avoid. Working in RSL clubs for ten years and seeing 60yo's who have smoked their whole lives constantly coughing their guts up and struggling to breathe motivated me to quit.

His secondaries are fine and his experience is par. I like it :)

Based on wage, you should get him to outs/outs by week 11/12 of this season.

Source: my exp/exp 22yo last season who had a 5.5K wage.
