Australian Open Sweep Entry Form!

Howdy all,

For those that remember, I held a Melbourne Cup Sweep last year that proved quite successful.

So I've decided to run a new one for the Australian Open! ;D

Due to the nature of the competition itself, I am afraid that I will have to cap the number of entrants at 32. :(

What will happen is this:

Once we have reached maximum capacity and the draw for the Open has been released, you will be randomly (with the use of random.org) aligned with:

4 players in the Men's Singles competition
4 players in the Women's Singles competition
2 pairs in the Men's Doubles competition
2 pairs in the Women's Doubles competition

The points scored will be similar to those actually given to players in real life (with some slight tweaking) and are as follows:
