Your best bargain midfield rookie prospects!

Pretty much I, like many, are running with 4 midfield guns and 4 midfield rookies. For those who are more visual learners its something like this...

gun, gun, gun, gun, rookie, rookie

My question is who are the best cheaper midfield rookies.
If you want someone added to the poll I'll do so.

Note that these are your cheaper midfield rookies so guys like Wingard and Coniglio are NOT options. Also keep in mind I am not after mpp rookies as I'm after the best money makers not the best flexibility tactics.

I can say Dylan Shiel is a lock for me, unless injury or something happens

Mitchell, MacDonald and Clifton are practically locked for me - the last spot will be out of Docherty (DPP link), Sheil, Miles, Stevens and Horsley depending on NAB form and rnd 1 lists.

Other then that i would say Kavagnah, Essendon need another inside mid ball winner and they know it so he should get games if he shows form in pre season

Darren Pfeiffer ..M/F if he gets elevated. Has the added advantage of Port Adelaide only having captain Domenic Cassisi on the veterans list meaning they can elevate a rookie before the start of the season.

Peter Rohde ( Port Adelaide general manager of football ) says " We see him as a flexible player. He can play in alot of spots. He can certainly play in the midfield and off half-back and he's mature and ready to go. "

you would probably get 2 rookies for that price that will probably avg the same

I have played against Mitchell, that's my claim to fame.

shiel and mitchell are almost locks in my team will have to do something wrong to not start in my team,

if kavanagh is named round 1 i will pick him and i would suggest others do to, im seeing alot of simularaties with heppel in him ( despite being a mid only)
