+ Some of my dad's friends bought me Carlton stuff before I was born, so I had to go for them  :P
That's no excuse! I was given heaps of Essendonn stuff as a baby but I hated them :P

My whole family (on my Dad's side) for as far back as I know all go for the Bombers. My great grandparents did, my grandparents did, my dad does, my uncle and 3 cousins do, my sister does, so everyone just assumed I would go for them. But I just never liked them. I was and still am good friends with Allen Aylett so he often got me into the best seats in the house for North games and gave me all sorts of stuff. I still hold the record I do believe for the youngest ever to go to the Presidents Lunch! :D Ever since I have loved North Melbourne and will do until I die :)

well i used to go to the footy with my dad and BP
i always loved footy and it beat sitting at home for sure
since they were both essendon supporters (remember BP is my older brother by 4 years)
those are the games i went to my earliest memory of what made me love the mighty bombers was we used to sit right behind the goals weather we were at the G or Waverley anyways so we sat behind the goals and me being a young little guy not being very tall at all when ur 6 or so onwards and here comes Paul Salmon 206cm striding to the goalsquare....i was in awe of how big he was thats where i was sold he became my favorite player and to this day is still my all time favorite player ever

I loved me State of Origin Footy i.e SA V Victoria, always wanted a team in the VFL/AFL so as soon as the Crows came in i was onboard. Followed Hawthorn a bit before that with Platten going there as im also A Central District supporter here in SA.

I went out with Brian Peakes daughter (only for a few weeks as you do in primary school) and he played for East Fremantle.  I have been going for them ever since.  I supported the Eagles when they joined the VFL but switched to Freo as soon as they joined the competition.
