Seems that way, he's moving up the ground a lot more which always helps his dt scores. So yes, now would be the time to buy him. But the hawks do have a tough run ahead- they face the Cats, Saints and Crows.

i think it has a lot to do with the hawks being back in form aswell and his from is linked with the teams.

I'm actually leaning towards Rioli now too but i think he has a little more cash to bleed and hasn't quite hit his straps since returning from injury..
But if i were to get on Franklin it'd probably have to be this week
