All similarly priced, all with the same bye, all with DPP.

Chapman has been a star for many years and is in a winning team but his age and hammys might finally get the better of him

Beams can only get better and is also in a top team but he has never had good durability

Fyfe is the cheapest of the three and should explode but he has reportedly had an interrupted pre-season and Ross Lyon may bring his negative, dreary football to the table which may dent his scoring.

There is only room in my team for one of them. Who should it be?

chappys on other side of mountain for me now on downhill slope, fyfe would be obvious 1 but can a skinny kid like that star again for another season, beams could be the 1

Chopps

why did beams play 14 games this seasons? injury?

i personally would be looking to beams/fyfe as they have the potential, there is no doubting chappy's ability and dt scoring, i am less concerned about his hammy's but that doubt will always be there, plus the age factor.

AFL Babble

Fyfe and Beams had no excuses last year. Chapman was a premium while also carrying a groin.

Beams may not even fit in the team this year.

Fyfe may have reached his peak.

Chapman looks undervalued.

can you expand on why chappy looks undervalued?

fyfe is a 3rd year player i doubt he has peaked.

Kuruki

Fyfe has had an interupted pre season and now has plenty of ball hogs back fit and ready to compete with him. For these reasons im going to look at him further doiwn the track.

I have started Franklin and Stevie J. Both can smash out some huge scores and after last season not having Stevie J i wont be on the receiving end of one again.

Chopps

stevie j is a must at some point i just cant decide if i should start him, then that would rule chappy out for sure for me

Miss Pies

Chapman and Fyfe are more for SC in my opinions. Stevie J, Beams, Franklin are must haves.

Pretty sure I covered it when I said "Chapman was a premium while also carrying a groin."

However, allow me to do some homework for you:

DT Gun

Chapman is on a downhill slope? explain.

ling gone, geelong has a lot of kids coming through but still need big bodies at the ball.

Fyfe has ball hogs on his team?
Guess i wont be picking any collingwood players they seem to rack it up.
Fyfe peaks at the end of his second year? Really?
Fyfe is too skinny? He put on 8kg before the start of last year he isnt a feather weight like his first year.

Beams might not fit in the side?
Robert harvey said he is going to be a big part of collingwoods midfield with sidebottom this year!

Jeez some people come out with some absolute garbage!

Fyfe is a gun, who has heaps of room for improvement, he is still only a kid!
Beams is the same, and hes been told he will be pushing into the midfield a bit more this year!
Chappy played injured and averaged 100+ this year, and reports say he is flying at pre season training!

You can not go wrong with any of these blokes.

Stevie J is a must have, but he is a roller coaster so pick him up when he dips. Or pick him and he will average 100 but everyone else will pick him up for 100k cheaper. If you think its worth the 100k having him from the start by all means pick him, i see merit in picking him and i see merit in waiting.

Franklin has collingwood and geelong first up = price drop. Ill snag him when he drops 60k thank you very much!

PS Beams played 14 games because he broke his foot. He had groin trouble late in the year too i think.

Master Q

Never been a fan of Beams, but he might change my mind this season.

Chapman then Fyfe then Beams

I reckon Chapman is a little more worrying that Fyfe but always back a champion.

Do you have Goodes in your team becuase he will keep has ave around the same this year. He's in my team

SydneyRox

Beams and Fyfe for my starting team currently, will keep an eye on chappy as an upgrade
