I hope Liverpool get Hazard. Lille are apparently interested in keeping Joe Cole full time perhaps a deal involving him and a large amount of money say 25-30m euros?

They're both linked with Inter i think.

The Guardian think that City haven't got the money this window so they won't sign anyone.
Something about their 100 million pound debt and the FIFA fair play rules.

I don't know about the FIFA Fair Play Rules and the debt but I know Mancini said he'll be selling a few players before he buys in January.

And all United need to sign in January is Gaitan and we'll win the title.
