CASH LEFT: $27,400
Backs: honestly, looking pretty solid. Maybe review of your rookie choice, but apart from that, looks good.
Mids: Thompson is a good and interesting pick... given his easy draw, can probably push into super premium status this year. Good, standard rookies.
Rucks: I'm a little concerned about leuen with the recruitment of hudson, but apart from that, it's all good.
forward: I've mentioned my doubt about Zaha before... if it looks like he's not going to get more mid time, and he's staying forward, keep away from 2012.

really solid team though, good job.

Please rate my team
Chanmanfu. Salary cap left: $18,000.

Brendon Goddard, Corey Enright, Brett Deledio, Chris Yarran, Luke Tapscott, Matthew Buntine, Brandon Ellis
Will Sierakowski, Luke Brown

Gary Ablett jnr, Joel Selwood, Scott Thompson, Michael Barlow, Dylan Shiel, Dayne Zorko
Elliott Kavanagh, Tom Mitchell

Matthew Leuenberger, Hamish McIntosh
Jonathan Giles, Orren Stephenson

Lance Franklin, Adam Goodes, David Zaharakis, Dustin Martin, Steele Sidebottom, Jason Porplyzia, Stephen Clifton
Darren Pfeiffer, Ahmed Saad
backs: Enright, Yarran, Tapscott
Mids: good
rucks: pretty good, slight concerns about leuen with hudson
Forwards: goodes, zaha, porps

with your backs, enright is getting old, and has topped out in scoring- if there's no upside, then there's only downside. If his average slips even a little, he's no longer a premium back. Tapscott is just a no. Wasn't prolific enough of a scorer to warrant a second year selection. Yarran is an interesting unique- coming into his fourth season, off the back of a mini break-out. Could pay off for you, and if you think he has what he needs to lift his game stick with it.

forwards: goodes is more of an upgrade target, every year, year in, year out, he finishes the season far stronger than he starts it. Especially at his age, that should scream upgrade target. Only stay with zaha if it looks like he's going to be getting a lot more midfield time- other wise forwards generally have a scoring decrease the year following their break out. Porps is probably overpriced for his potential- I'd just go down to a rookie.

Colliwobblers

Zip, can you give me your thoughts on the two possible changes. mY side posted above.

1. ZAKA to SIDEBOTTOM - (DONE)
2. CLOKE to Mitch Robinson -  cloke might be inconsistant as a key forward and may share marks and goals with dawes again. Is Mitch the best alternative or have you another.
3. SHAW to BROUGHTON - been reading good things about broughton and shaw is a fair chunk dearer, thoughts?

for the questions
Barlow, just
Grimes- duffield seems to have too much of a lockdown role.
your forward line seems fine to me. Mid price heavy, but probably the best of the bunch.

now, in general
Backs: I'm not a huge scotland fan, I think that considering he's over 30 and coming off his best fantasy season to date, he's over priced. Fisher will also be 30 next year, and has only averaged over 90 once, I'd pass on him too. Duffield I already gave my concerns.

with Hayes vs barlow, both are good picks. But based on youth, I'd put barlow in front of hayes- especially considering I rate freo higher than the saints next year.
rucks: you've gone very light on them. TBH, I'd prefer to downgrade winderlich and duffield and upgrade Rowe to Hmac, but your call. It could work out, and honestly if it wasnt for the byes I would just say kudos. That being said, I have at points been looking at even weaker rucks than that, so I see the value in it.
fwd: Goodes should be an upgrade target- he always starts the season slower than he finishes it, and given his age that makes him perfect for upgrades. I like the rest of the choice, but I'd watch winderlich pretty carefully in pre-season- I've heard someone say that he's been looking a bit proppy still.

Backs: Obviously grimes' injuries are concerns. No to Pedersen- he did well this season due to his mature body- he won't have the same advantage to lift his fantasy scoring next season.
Mids: all solid, good picks
rucks: leuen, I'm still worried about hudsons potential impact. Hmac is a good, solid, cheap pcik.
forwards: I'd be worried about Chapmans age + scoring potential- as he gets old, he'll probably be spending more time in the fwd line which'll sap his DT points. If he gets back to his 2010 average, you'll be cheering, but imo, large chance he'll slip a bit more this year. Zaha I'm sceptical about having a consecutive break out year, which is rare among forwards- only if he's going to get a lot more mid time.

the rest, all solid enough :)

It is ever changing but want to make sure it is moving in the right direction. I know I'm still stuck on ZAKA, against your better judgement. Apart from that how is it looking overall, and compared to the previous team you rated.

Keep in mind the Ruckman ROUGHHEAD can obviously be downgraded to any better option that is cheaper if you suggest one? but there is currently no money to upgrade him.

Backs: I would probably only go one of hanley and grimes- hanley is a bit of a punt at his pricing, while grimes has those injury concerns. At this point in time, would probably go Grimes over Hanley. The rest is solid.

Mids: You're taking a bit of a punt on Polec, considering he's only played 3 games, isn't in the 22 atm, and only scored mediocre. Personally, around that pricing I'd prefer Caddy, or even Mora. You're probably best downgrading to a rookie. Cotchin is a bit of a punt, as is Sloane- I do like the look of cotchin (had him last year, loved him), he's really quite consistent, only one score in the 60s... and he's demonstrated a decent ceiling, pulling out 120+ scores vs geelong and sydney. I rate him in an improving richmond side though, kudos. Sloane demonstrates a slightly higher ceiling, but with nowhere near cotchins consistency. He did finish the year stronger, but that was for the most part playing lower order teams. I think a true BOY might be in 2013. At his price, barlow or hayes are probably better picks.

Rucks: Both quite solid. I really rate Jacobs to improve his scoring. Leuen, not so much (as I've said before, hudsons impact is a little worrying). Standard ruck benchies.

Fwds: Zaha, I don't rate highly due to him being a fwd coming off a BOY, only lock if he looks like he's getting more mid time. I have similar concerns about fyfe. Lewis is an interesting pick, but there are honestly probably slightly better options around his price range. The rest are solid.

reasonable team, quite unique... could pay off, but probably needs a couple of tweaks :P

quite a beautiful team.

backs: no real faults in your non-rookie players.

mids: the same
rucks: pretty much the same :S

forwards: concerns over fyfe as a fwd riding off a break out year. And riewoldt as well as a mid pricer- he could be past his best as the game passes him by.

those are pretty minor points though, really good team.

mmm,
1. goodo.
2. mmm....inconsistent, yes. High averaging? most probably. Still young, Cloke can certainly push his points up again if needed, I wouldn't discount him yet just because Robinson got given DPP. Out of the four most DT relevant new F/M dpp, I probably rate robinson the lowest.
3. Broughtons role is a little concerning- will he play mids, and dominate, rebounding defender and score well, or lock down and score shower? Shaw will possibly be more unique, and is more proven.
