Hey vc_bombers,

Backs: Goddard, Deledio & Shaw can't fault. Burgoyne could be a shade risky, even though i'm a Hawks supporter. Hopefully he continues to play roaming in defense like he did in the 2011 Finals Series. If so, then he could be a bargin. Grima, a unique pick...those sub 250k defenders are a lottery so won't judge you there. Morris sounds good, should get game time from what i've read. Will Sierakowski, not sure....though it was very strange North picking him up when he played all year with Hawks affiliate Box Hill.....interesting pick.....at the moment i'd prefer a high draft pick rookie or M.Clarke myself.

Mids: 3/0/0/3, Premiums look good. Don't know a lot about the rookies, except Pfeiffer the ex-crow/blues player. Depends on your preferred structure, but i'll be going 4/0/0/2 starting my mid. I like Daniel Cross' price for midfield too, if you don't mind him i'd check him out as your 4th midfielder. M.Boyd was a similar price last year that came up trumps for me, and i think Cross may be able to do the same in 2012.

Rucks: Can't really fault. I'm not a fan of McEvoy, but that's just personal preference. At the moment i have L'berger/Sandi.

Fwds: Like the forwards here. First six look good, and don't know much about Adam Treloar so i'll leave it at that.

Overall good team vc, good base to work with there. If you can slip in a 4th prem 520-450K range into your mids, you'll be looking really good.

Pretty solid backline. No major errors there.

Too many rookies in the midfield. I think 2 rookies is the best option. 3 rookies just looks far too weak.

Good ruck structure, I just think there are better options than McEvoy.

The forward line is definitely the strong point with no weaknesses I can see. A great mix of players and if you can keep that forward line while upgrading a rookie midfielder you will have a squad of players with serious potential. :)

Can not add much more.  Agree one mid premium will set your team up nicely just need to pick the right one.  Cross has been mentioned but also Barlow, Rich and similar priced mid prems who may step up this year.

rating 8.5/10

Hey VC.

Like the balance of this squad very much. 14 solid keepers. a solid 8.5/10 from me. Should go well in 2012.

Backs - Grima looks interesting here - hope he has a solid year should score ok.

Mids - 3 rookie starters is interesting can pay of handsomely especially if some top liners (eg Judd/Pendles/Ablett) values drop off a little.

Rucks - fine

Forwards - NRoo at F5 very strong.
