Yeah, and that's pretty much the same consensus at United and in Brazil. If you watched the match against Schalke last season Fabio proved he is a much more mature player and far better defensively, whilst just as effective going forward as Rafael. Hence why he has been capped by the Brazilian senior side and Rafael hasn't ;)

Yeah, I will admit, I haven't closely watched Fabio play, but I've seen a few of Raf's games and have been fairly impressed. I also just pressumed judging by the amount of games each has played for United (Raf: 41 Fab: 20).
Both will certainly be handy players for United in the near future anyway  ;)

The games played is really more to do with who each is fighting against for a team spot. Rafael was up against Brown and O'Shea last year for the RB spot so was easy for him to get games, whereas Fabio was up against Evra for the spot at LB, so almost impossible to get in the side. Which is why Fabio started playing a lot more games at RB last season ;)

I could do a simulation thing on Fifa, but the problem is those ratings were done for how they performed last season, not how they are currently performing so could be a little wrong...

But potential has nothing to do with it CM. You said it was for how they would perform right now, not in a couple of seasons, so it is all to do with current ability and form, not potential.

The other problem is all the players chosen may not be in the game since they don't have all leagues...

Yeah a vote is really the only clear way to determine who wins.

Doing it on fifa or whatever is just a little side bonus if it can be arranged.
