im with the couple more years to go theory although he could do well this year there are too many that will do well this year to risk him for me.

Phasir

I'm not a fan of the mid-priced ruck theory so this year its a no, but before I actually got serious about planning the team I had hoped to squeeze him in, but he's a fair bit of $$ for a young ruckman who might not get that 85-90 ppg average.  Will hopefully be a lock for me in 2013 baring a serious injury in 2012.

Ziplock

I've reevaluated my prior opinion on nic nat.

He doesn't have the ceiling for premium status... I agree with Phasir, 2013 :P

aces-high

Personally i think while Cox is there Nicnat shouldnt be a dt optipn. His game is suited to sc... In 3 years when Cox is gone his posession rate will go up and by then he will be the premium fantasy and ruckmen in the comp!! He may well average in the 80's but the sandi- jacobs/mummy/lue/mcevoy option is the way to go this year imo.

Miss Pies

I started NicNat on my bench last year and he came in very handy with the bye rounds but theres no way I'd place him on field when there is so much more talent out there this year to choose from.

Just thougt I would see what peoples thoughts on Nic Naitanui were? I think he is due a big season. It is his 3rd full AFL season so it should b his breakout year  :D

Ziplock

nope. Doesn't have the ceiling for an elite ruck yet. Would be keener for kreuz tbh.

Speculator

I'm strongly considering him for sc but not DT. When cox retires then put him in your team

itchytradefinger

He could go nuts in SC. His possession to SC points ratio is outraegoues. If he can average an extra 3 possies per game look the fark out. Don't like him for DT though. Doesn't win any easy footy. He may learn to but until I've seen evidence, stay away.

very limited preseason to date, he will most likly start the season slowly
