Another classic word-off in its early stages between a Bomber fan and a North fan... And it isn't even on a football related thread  ::)

roo boys!

So so furious. Don't feel like explaining why I am so angry about tonights performance but I might go into some more detail once I cool down.

So looks like the Renegades are the better of the Melbourne teams at the moment :P

Shame none of them match the HURRICANES!!! ;D

roo boys!

Renegades are hardly the better team....we have one of, if not the best team on paper, just haven't got the execution right yet. Bowlers bowled well tonight it's just the top order again failed.

You have Cam White.

End of discussion.

Haha was just teasing ;)

Don't the 2 Melbourne teams play each other in the next game? Then we will see which team is better.

Hurricanes will destroy the Stars when they come to Hobart next week by the way ;)

Our team is better, our players play for Australia :)

Stars btw.

Renegades don't have international players.

roo boys!

Yeah we play them on Saturday.

I must admit the Hurricanes are looking good, but still no match for the Stars ;)

In regards to last night's performance, we bowled very well IMO. Faulkner, my man, did beautifully, as did Warnie and most of the other bowlers. 136 should be easily chased, despite the G being a big ground. What we saw first hand last night was the change in mentality when chasing a score, if the Stars were batting first they wouldn't have consolidated as much in those middle overs and would have surely made more than 140, probably verging on 160-odd that they are easily capable of.     In the games that we have lost, it's been the same story with the batting. We have been way too conservative in those middle overs, when one of our strengths is how deep we bat. Shane Warne at 11 shows that we don't need to be as conservative of our wickets. To use a commonly used phrase, Hit Out or Get Out!

Master Q

Went to my first Big Bash game last night  :) Stars could not bat at all...
