I find it stupid that they try and play all these 10% shots for 2s and 3s when they can try play a 40% shot for 6 ::)

I would categorise Warner's "right handed' slog over mid wicket a 10% shot, and it went for 6  :P

Agree with Ossie, I find T20 cricket extremely boring. Cricket is at its purest when it's a battle of skill and patience over a period of time, not when it's a slogfest. I'd much prefer to watch test cricket over T20's any day of the week.

Indeed Baz.

Test cricket (and to a much lesser extent one day cricket) is about moments, and the build up. Twenty20 is nothing but moments, with no build up, meaning there is little pay-off.

Having said that, t20 has improved some aspects of the game, and I think George Bailey was an outstanding selection, and out-captained Dhoni last night

IMO Dhoni is a terrible captain. He has little ability to be able to make instinctive decisions in order to change the momentum of a match, and his emotionless character means his fellow teammates don't have any positive energy or encouragement to feed off.

Dhoni is just a poster-boy for Indian cricket.

for anybody else that would be a 10% shot, but for Warner it isn't :P

on 20/20 cricket,  seeing 4's and sixes being hit is fun, when its now and then.  with 20/20 its like oh another 4 big woop. im sorry ,but its not cricket.. and is boring as showere
give me 5 days of hard fought test match cricket that ends in a draw  anyday

Cookie Monster

I only enjoy T20's when:

1 - I'm there.

2. Australia are batting and are in form.
