If Gibbs isn't a Defender in 2012 he is not in my team.

You do realise i picked players id never pick in my proper side, more just seeing how picking mid pricers could lay out the side..
Its unfortunate youve chosen to copy it because it isnt a good side, merely an experiment.
Grimes, Waters, Lake Watts, Christensen, Winderlich are all pretty risky

Ok here goes...

The Back: GOD the regular man in every team. Shaw, a great scorer, but has many issue off field, hopefully he's learnt something. Delidio is also another regular in most teams. Waters is injury prone but very cheaply priced. Lake is untested, but who know? I would strongly recommend to get rid of Dawson from this draft. Terrible DT player and not the greatest of players in general.

The Midfield: Pendlebury, Ablett the usual suspect superstars. Rockliff will add more depth to the midfield scoring and Thompson is a unique with a great draw. My worry is Scotland. Wrong side of thirty and too expensive to be in just you're mids. I would just get a rookie for him and spread the cash seeing as you already have four great scorers.

The Ruck Dep: Jacobs is one I will be looking out for too, just seems to have great potential to take his game to the next level. Kreuzer will eventually come good, but I personally wouldn't start with him. Giles is good bench cover as well.

The Forward Line: Franklin, Fyfe, Cloke, the forward line superstars of 2011 and hopefully for you, 2012. I really don't like Steven as a player for some reason, he seems a bit .... I dunno, but not for me. Jon Brown, if he manges to stay fit, could be a bargain premium. I would rather have a winger such as Hoskin-Elliot over Patton because big men take longer time to develop and usually have lower scores when they start off as they won't get too much of the ball in terms of disposals.

Overall an average team, but it has potential. The midfield is strong and will dominate the scoring for your team. A few players need to be removed and a few need to be added.

6/10

I liked it until the forward line!

Buddy the only star there. Sidebum and Christensen haven't stepped up yet (though could in 2012...), while Brown, Winderlich and Porpoise are all injury prone...

Sorry Oss but i wouldn't say getting your face smashed in twice is injury prone. Prior to 2011 he played 22, 21, 22, 16 games a year.
Sure he isn't always going to play 22 games but more often than not he is up around the high teen low twenty sort of numbers.

DT Gun

you cant just choose the seasons he played heaps of games in elephants, you gotta take them all

11: 10 games
10: 16 games
09: 22 games
08: 21 games
07: 22 games
06: 10 games
05: 14 games
04: 14 games
03: 15 games
02: 16 games
01: 22 games

so ossie is spot on he is def injury prone.

Yes unfortunatly the face thing was a once off, but between 02 and 06 he missed lots of games

elephants

I'm talking the last 5 years. It's not as though I've picked out bus 1st, 3rd, 6th and 10th season is it?

Anywho Browny is having his first pre-season in a long long time.

Sure over his entire career he has missed games but recently he has experienced a much improved record.
