Only half a dozen in the PSD but I doubt there will be tons of people skipping picks? once it goes over then they can pick from the rookie draft?

As you can see, there was no mention of splitting the draft, or not splitting the draft. Hence the confusion.

There was no clear answer given hence why PB, Boomz and I thought it would just imitate the real-life structure.

Third draft is for all players picked Preseason draft and Rookie draft.

You can choose to pass. This will give you an extra pick in the rookie/pre-season draft. I.e. If you pass your first round pick #8, you get an extra first round pick AFTER pick 8 of the rookie/preseason draft first pick.

We didn't seem to have this confusion when we merged the U17 and National Drafts :(

It was stated a few times in the thread so can't go changing things up now IMO.

True, but that's only because there wasn't any connection due to earlier drafts, unlike the ND and PSD connection via passing. It was a fresh start.

As long as it is not a player already picked.
