Didn't like their long term prospects anyway... :)
I agree with you. The average age of their squad (not counting rookie listed players) is 21.7 and the average age of their best 15 is 24.5, but no they don't have any long term prospects...

PowerBug

you'd hate to hear my long term prospects....

Great work Chumps! Another Win for the Cobras! Finals here we come!

Top 4 here we come! ;)

My Chumps

Well it was a fantastic season for the Cobras, but unfortunately we fell one peg short.
No shame in finishing second to such a great team like the Suns...

We'll just have to strive to go one better in 2013!  :)

CrowsFan

Great effort this year Cobras. Sadly you just fell short, but a brilliant season with a run of 11 (or was it 12) games unbeaten! Will be a big threat next year!!

Cape Town Cobras (22.14.146) defeated Cairo Sands (20.13.133)

It’s finally here! The first official game in the mighty Cobras history, a momentous day for the club. And a win over our rivals! A great start to the campaign. Kennedy the orchestrator with 137.

1: C Bird

Reserves best:
Broc McCauley

Round 2 â€" A Nail-biter!

Beijing Bears (22.9.147) lost to Cape Town Cobras (22.10.148)

An incredibly tight encounter in the clubs second game! An absent coach couldn’t stop the boys from getting over the line. A ripper score of 159 from Tom Hawkins was instrumental in the win. Presenting and plucking marks, Hawkins was clearly BOG.

5 votes: T Hawkins
4: J Watson
3: J Kennedy
2: J Selwood
1: T Cotchin

Reserves best:
Edward Curnow

Round 3 â€" The First Disappointment…

Cape Town Cobras (21.13.139) lost to Tokyo Samurai (22.12.144)

A disappointing loss and the first ever for the club. We were beaten by the better team on the day by a heartbreaking margin. Captain Selwood tried his hardest for the club with a score of 140.

Dublin Destroyers (17.21.123) lost to Cape Town Cobras (21.12.138)
