The Valkyries would like to announce that due to unforseen circumstances, we will no longer be able to be located in or affiliated with the Vatican, and will be playing, from 2014 onwards, in a new home country. We apologise to our Vatican based fans,  to our players, families and staff.

Disappointingly, there are no European countries with names starting with V. So unfortunately for the team, we'll have to choose a new home country based on something other than alliteration.
