That's a good trade for you RB, you're taking the youth approach really well.
If I was really taking the youth approach I'd trade a 21 year old for a 29 year old :P
That don't make no sense  :P
We got a nice pick, also some stability on field for a few years while our young players develop, don't really see the fuss
Well everybody else does, so open your eyes.
Seriously, we're doing you a favour if this trade gets rejected.

Who is we're chumps?  :-X

There's no need to try and recruit people to neg it.
It's just flowering rude and I thought higher of you.

roo boys!

I think the trade itself is fair enough, just not convinced by BB's strategy but that's none of my business.

Ringo

Agree with RB here we only need to judge the trade and it is very fair.  We are not hear to judge BB's strategy.

Agree. BB's strategy should not be part of the vote.

I agree that you don't need to judge his strategy, but you need to judge how it leaves the team structure. Not saying it should be blocked but you need to judge that it leaves BB needing to delist 18 players to use all his draft picks...

I understand that CF, but isn't that BB's choice? He could have plans in place to cut numbers.

CrowsFan

Yes it's BB's choice but then you can also say its my choice to trade Ablett for karmichael hunt, but you would all block that ;)

That's an unfair trade :P

Ringo

I realise we have set the rules for trading and they definitely need to be reviewed for next season to maintain this strong competition based on this years trading.

Colli I think has part of it correct in the Asians as he is rejecting trades based on team balance and maybe that is something we should explore for next season.  We can not change rules mid trade.

Also we may need to review our trade approval process - Is it a bit much having all coaches vote on trades requiring 30% vote against to negate.

Please note this is not a criticism of any particular coach but just an observation I have made as a new coach coming on Board. There have been mistakes made and we need to learn from them and make the improvements.

AFEV

I think there are quite a few people who are unhappy with the current trade model that we're using.

For one I think it's necessary to get rid of the democratic vote and just have a board of people that are otherwise entirely removed from the competition.

Or perhaps with Os just being an admin now he could take care of that.

By "we" I meant the worlds community.
I have no idea about who else will reject it Maca, but I know I will.

I hope your opinion of me hasn't change for something that has clearly just been misunderstood..  :-[

bomberboy has traded out:

Shaun Grigg (starting mid)
Mitch Clark (starting fwd)
Brian Lake (starting def)
Liam Jurrah (potential?)
Shane Tuck (starting mid)
Dom Tyson (rising star)
Mitch Morton (handy backup)
Jay Lever (nothing)
Clancee Pearce (starting fwd)
Andrew Swallow (starting mid)
Steele Sidebottom (starting mid)

So SEVEN players that would be starting on just about any team.

For:

Daniel Kerr (starting mid, but 1 injury away)
Liam Shiels (bench mid)
Matt Rosa (bench mid)
Josh Caddy (young star)
Neville Jetta (dud)
Aaron Cornelius (who?)
Sam Kerridge (what?)
Lachie Neale (potential young star)
Alan Toovey (dud, fringe at best)
Henry Schade (potential young star)

Oh, whoopy do, he some picks also.

That's SEVEN starting players, for 2 players that wouldn't be in the best XV of all teams here and a player that can't play a full season.

I serious when I say this, bomberboy should be sacked. This is absolutely atrocious.

What does he have left on his team? Kreuzer? Taylor? Seriously look at it

Matthew Kreuzer
Harry Taylor
Liam Shiels
Travis Varcoe
Eddie Betts
Patrick Veszpremi
Rhyce Shaw
Lindsay Gilbee
Matt Rosa
Josh Caddy
Dean Brogan
Brent Guerra
Robbie Tarrant
Luke Tapscott
Andrejs Everitt
Ryan Hargrave
Joel Wilkinson
Cale Hooker
Josh Hunt
Jake King
Scott Gumbleton
Darren Glass
Matt Spangher
Mark McVeigh
Neville Jetta
Chance Bateman
Aaron Cornelius
Adam McPhee
Nathan Djerrkura
Ricky Dyson
Clint Bartram
Nick Salter
Ryan Neates
Seamus McNamara
Warrick Andreoli
Sam Kerridge
Elliot Yeo
Michael Talia
Lachie Neale
Addam Maric
Shane Biggs
Danny Butcher
Daniel Kerr
Alan Toovey
Henry Schade

I vote no confidence, does anyone else feel this way?

GG bomberboy, GG.
