The best young player Award goes to Lachie Whitfield, After being taken with the first pick in last years draft lachie had a solid year and took this award out with ease.

Most improved Player

May surprise many but the winner of this award for 2013 is Campbell Brown, whille averaging 53 in 2012 campbell brown averaged an extra 20 points in 2013 averaging 73 points, even though that is not a very high average it was well needed this year with our forward stocks running thin and he was easily the best forward line player this year at the club.

Coaches Award

The coaches award goes to Lenny Hayes, while he was struck down by injuries a couple of times in the year and he also had heart surgery in the off season aswell but not once has he put his head down but he has also had his head straigh back up after every set back and has been a strong contributor to the teams midfield this year.

Campbell Brown has surprised us all I think! Great read pot  8)

I expect big improvment from the warriors next year.

In comes Hmac, Walker and Sylvia with Murphy and Whitifeld capable of going much bigger.

Agree Wellington will be much stronger next year. Very unlucky to pick up the spoon this year!

Nice awards night pot. Just out of interest what is the scoring method you use for votes?

After moving to the club at the start of the year Colin Sylvia will finally be making his debut for the Wellington Warriors this week. After being a Consistent Player for his old club Colin should be a very handy player to have playing at the Warriors.

Question is... does Wellington want him?
