CrowsFan

Haha it was the second F which had me a little confused ;)

ossie85

The Magpies recruiting manager Peter Bell is anxious for the next two picks, feeling both will be crucial additions to the line-up.

ossie85

Welcome LIAM ANTHONY (#14) and RHYS STANLEY (#28)

ossie85

Welcome to experienced Premiership Winning and All-Australia duos in NICK MAXWELL and MATTHEW SCARLETT

ossie85

And Stephen Coniglio joins the party

ossie85

A talented quartet has purchased plane tickets to South Korean.

Welcome Brent Macaffer, Ben Rutten, Joel Hamling and Murray Newman.

Have a squad of 25 now, starting to feel like a team! Competition will be fierce with only 15 spots available.

ossie85

Welcome Luke Power, Charlie Dixon and Jed Bews to the Seoul Magpies line-up.

Veteran midfielder Power knows his place in the Best XV is not guaranteed, and is willing to play more of a mentoring role towards the young stars at the Seoul Magpies

ossie85

And welcome Matthew Warnock, Jeremy Taylor and Brad Dick. Should add another player today :)

Simpson's Seoul Lies with Magpies

Dawson Simpson, starved of oppurtunities at the succesful Geelong Cats, is looking forward to a big year.

With the retirement of Brad Ottens and the injury to Trent West, Simpson understands that a spot is open on the Cats side. What may be more difficult is breaking into the Seoul line-up.

"I'll take it one week at a time with the Worlds."

"Obviously Ben [McEvoy] and Kreuz [Matthew Kreuzer] are the clear picks, but I hope to be fit to stand in when needed."

Simpson will be joined by a few familiar faces, with Cats team-mates James Kelly, Matthew Scarlett, Joel Hamling and Jed Bews already at Seoul training grounds.

ossie85

Alex Brown, Cameron Sutcliffe and Alwyn Davey welcomed :)

Squad currently at 38, hoping to add an extra 2 tonight

ossie85

My squad of 46 know they are competing for 15 spots, and know that there place in the squad still hasn't been finalised

Dawson Simpson injury a blow, but confident McEvoy and Kreuzer can hold the ruck spot
