Why 4 spots for Mediums? No squad I know has 4 medium spots. o.O It should be 2 Medium, 2 Fast and 4 FM. :/

Well we have 7 spinners, 2 Fast, 2 FM, and 5 Mediums in out Squad, with 3 of those being AR's, so 13 pure bowlers.

Edit: The only reason we have so many spinners is because our pace bowlers suck :P

We only have 1 Medium in our squad, who is Hallett our AR. We have 3 Fast, 4 FM, 1 M, 3 FS and 2 WS.

I think it would vary for each squad, so for the purposes of this, just leave it as it is...

I still don't think it is fair on the the F/FM and FS/WS to only get 4 slots over a crap bowling type like medium, who gets 4 to itself. :/

We need to take into considerations the bowling types of the All Rounders as well.

Team Formats:
Touring Squad: 12 Batters, 12 Bowlers, 3 AR and 3 Keepers

3 of each bowler type plus 3 x AR's I think should more than cover the bowling needs.  This is only an FTP squad and not a squad that you would take to a world cup

No, but it is to be reminiscent of an FTP squad in its set up. Which is why the AR's should play into the equation as to what type of bowlers they are then pick around that.

Need more strike bowlers than mediums as FS can do the same job as mediums if you play them right.

Shaggy - be cool.  Its just a bit of fun on FF - its not like its life or death (like the nat scene :P)

we are ultimately just picking the best player in each position (no balance of team) so lets pick the best 3 of each type of bowler and then pick the best 3 x AR's and be done with it.
