Have you had ingrown toenails before zip, if not it could be a one off from having your foot runover in the airport. Warm saltwater and Detol should clear it up if its a one off kind of thing in a couple of days or look like its getting better, if it continues to get worse over the next 36hrs after bathing it atleast 3-4 times id go see the Doc.

if it is sore around the edges of ur toenail i recommend this...



its a dry antiseptic powder, u dont want to keep the toe wet/moist it will make it worse...
ive had ingrown toenails in both big toes for over ten years, they flare up every 3-6 months and i keep a tube of this around as it is gold, cover ur toe/cuticles with this and by morning the infection will be all but gone ;)

the first time i had them i could not put a sock on without swearing and cursing a fella i no saw the toe and put me onto it, after suffering for over a month, 2 days with the powder gone :D

This is good stuff, i have a Savlon powder in the boat first aid kit. Works well.

This is good stuff, i have a Savlon powder in the boat first aid kit. Works well.

yep that was the first stuff i got onto but cant get the savlon powder anymore down here

I had a few little plastic bottles of it, the last one, half empty is in the boat. The snapper barbs cause a few dramas now and then

and its great for them wounds. I think they stopped making it now in Australia or importing it.
