Really enjoying the games atm, but except for a few the maps are still killing me. They really need to release a map pack(s) to fix it up. If they could bring the better ones back from MW2 like Terminal or Rust and Black Ops (If it's possible) like Nuketown, Firing Range, WMD and a few others that would be amazing.

Got a Level 17 Scar and a Level 20 UMP and Type 95 atm  8)

The only reason they would do that is for Activision to slug you another $20 for a mediocre game

I think looking at users is signifactly different to looking at critics

It clearly states what happens and the trends of people. The critics are the ones who can tell you whether a game is good. Not a random.

the critics play the campaign and the multiplayer once... because they have to play all the games that come out

those that play the game all the time are the users...... and they are the opinions that matter

To an extent you're right

However a user or gamer etc. can't give you reasons why a game is bad. They don't fully understand issues like deadlines, engines, companies and other factors such as that which heavily effect the Call of Duty series in particular.

People just leech off ideas and rumours that the game is "Mw2.5" or "It sucks compared to Battlefield"

You can sort of tell by the ratings. I mean come on, the game wasn't fantastic but 2/10, 1/10 and even 0/10?

Activision have making substandard games to just pump out the same game every year since COD 4 raked in the cash for them and unfortunately most people who are buying COD

are those playing the game on consoles and those solely buying the game for the name and the graphics not because of the gameplay.

Have to disagree. COD 5 (Only Zombies), COD 6 and COD 7 have all been pretty good so I can't really see where you are coming from. Since the first word of COD has been spoken on this forum you've been saying, which makes me wondering - Have you actually played the last few CODS properly?

You could just look it up on Google. Played Multiplayer? Survivor Mode?

Basically Infinity Ward is given a deadline they have to make the game by
I'm sure if they had more time then the game might have a couple more features
That being said, I think they did a much better job then previous COD releases
The release of Black Ops and MW2 were both riddled with bugs etc. that had to be patched etc.
Not so much with MW3

They're more the games that some people consider to be the best in context of time
