Well done mate.

good work nails ...

i've only just started running again (run home from work, takes about 15mins) after a local health insurance provider was putting on free group fitness classes in the city. These finished 20 Oct and i didn't do anything after that.

before those classes started in Sept i had done no regular exercise for over 8mths ...

(he says as he scoffs a Tim Tam ...)   ;)

Grazz

mmmm Tim Tams as he runs to the fridge, get my exercise and a Tim Tam its all good.

Nice work Nails I've just read this thread in it's entirety and to answer one of your first questions it is illegal to ride your pushy on the footpath, but you would be extremely unlucky to be booked most cops will let you off with a warning.
A nice tip with weight loss is to have 6 small meals a day with nothing over 200 grams a serve and breaky being the biggest meal of the day, also cutting out carbs is another good thing to do.  Regular exercise is important and not always taking the easy way out with things helps, I have a mate who stopped using the remote for the tv and he said that helped enormously with keeping him motivated in his weight loss endeavors

Im so lucky, ive been built like a pencil with the wood scraped off all my life so ive always been able to eat what i want and as much as i want.

So have I Grazz ;) which is why I want to tone up.

Bought myself a 22kg dumbbell set today.
My aim is to complete a 30min workout every night.
Night 1 complete, bulk bicep curls, squats, dumbbell crunches etc. etc.
Arms are jelly, but hoping to see some results after a few weeks  :)

New title - thanks to Coles.

9.5kg in a few weeks in great stuff Nails 8). It's easy to lose weight once you get going, but it's keeping it off which is the hard part from what I hear! I've never tried so wouldn't know :-\. What's the goal weight Nails?

I may have to lose a few myself or at least get some muscle :-X. Need to get to some more excercising, walking and playing some sport once/twice a week again when I go out with friends is helping a little. Need to get more active around the house instead of just sitting around feeling bored all day :P.
