Basically pyro they are called diamond pushups. Instead of having your hands about shoulder width apart you make a diamond with your hands. You then do a pushup as you normally would with you nose touching the ground inside the diamond. They are extremely hard.

Another type of pushup you could try is the air pushup. Here is a video showing an air pushup, it's near the end of the vid so keep watching ;)

Can you do clap pushups? They are great for developing the power in the pecs instead of endurance like normal pushups do :)

yeah I can do those, haven't tried to see how many I could do though

I've tried clapping behind my back before for clap pushups.... I hurt my nose :P

yeah I can do those, haven't tried to see how many I could do though

I've tried clapping behind my back before for clap pushups.... I hurt my nose :P

ermmm, not sure, legs can be tricky without equipment as they are already strong enough to do anything with your own body weight easily
