yeah i know mate, i;ve got a sheperd, but he's nearly11 and deaf as a door nail. Regardless i'm out there every afternoon/ night rain, hail or shine (He's my best mate and never back answers me)

the closest i get to exercising is day dreaming about playing footy and jumping around the house :P

I'm too busy exercising my mental abilities at the moment to be worried about physical exercise :P I always say I'll do exercise, I just can't be flowered though :P want to start going to the gym and building up more strength, would help me to hit the ball further playing golf >:D was also thinking about playing footy next season but would need to do a LOT of exercising to build my fitness up, my lung capacity is terrible :-X

My old sheps called Sam ( i know, how original) and my daughters best friend's name is Samantha. Every time i call my dog, or tell him off, Samantha either jumps (in fright )  occasionally comes towards me, or the most common one, gives me the bird. she does it in jest though (I hope anyway)
