Nope none of them were missing. Even if they had been suspended for accumulating 5 yellow cards they would have only missed the Carling Cup.
I wouldn't say it is back on track yet. They seriously need to work on that defense, it is woeful!

Because their red cards only warranted a 1 match suspension since they were for preventing a goal scoring opportunity. So they were suspended for the Carling Cup matches that were played mid week ;)

I disagree. He was denying a clear goal scoring opportunity by dragging down SWP so had to be sent off.

And I don't think it was a clear goal scoring opportunity as Terry (I think it was) was coming across from the right and probably would've cut him off IMO.

Wasn't even a free kick to Liverpool let alone a red card! :o

In my opinion Terry was too far away to prevent a shot, and he wasn't even coming across to help out, he was just running down the middle ;)
