Scott Thompson?
Scott Thompson is not 'The Crows'.

*Well I suppose that could be debated  :P

DG

definitely nothing to complain about in regards to the fixture, but like a few have said, we have had 'favourable' draws for the last few years and haven't done any good. This one is definitely the most favourable though  ;)

Think you'll see us hitting the NAB cup pretty hard, and trying to make sure we're in good form come round 1, the first 5 rounds will go a long way to defining what kind of season it will be

I would definitely be one to argue for that :P

Adelaide should thank every divine being under the sun that Thompson can play this season, and isn't out indefinitely because of a broken back...

since carrying an AFL team isn't exactly light weight :P

it's a good draw from what i have seen, seems the AFL wants to make it easier if you did poorly the year before and make it harder the higher you are up the ladder, ie. pies, hawks and cats playing each other twice.

Yes, but you also have to keep in mind the fact that those top of the ladder "blockbusters" bring in loads of money, and ultimately that's what it is all about for the AFL.
Well done R&B  ;)
Why thank-you ;D

Adelaide and North the winners of the draw
Certainly from the football sides of things. From the financial side, teams like Collingwood, Essendon etc all get lots of Friday/Saturday night games, blockbusters, and games on Free to Air T.V, but that's expected so I'm not really complaining.
