I because I posted Barlow's Canadian election speech and laughed with a HAHAHA because he said a vote for him will bring success... 4 days after they won the World Cup so it doesn't get anymore successful.

Then someone abused him and now I'm involved in a warning discussion when I didn't even do anything. I'm over it.

What the hell is wrong with that? Barlow's past means that he has left himself open to ridicule, and I don't see anything wrong with us making fun of Barlow putting himself in that situation.

Yeah I'm pretty confused why I'm involved in this as well.

I'm already on my final warning due to the heavy handed approach taken which isn't modding. So this warning could see me suspended or possibly banned over a comment that has clearly been taken on face value by people whom have no idea of what its about. Then the Mods have dealt with it without questioning what it is about. If perhaps they did before they ran off to m0nty when it pertains something they don't know or aren't a part of then it wouldn't happen.

In my warning, the very first thing I said was that I didn't understand the context. I said that clearly. All I have done is passed it along. I very much questioned it. I haven't recommended a banning.

These guys are only trying to make the place fair. If you don't make abusive comments, then you won't get warnings and won't be banned. I think these guys are doing the best job they possibly can.

So if you don't understand the context then why would you pass it along to someone else who doesn't understand the context to make a judgement? Seems rather ridiculous. Perhaps before you pass it on in future you find out the context. I mean, that is what real mods do mate. I like you ossie, you are a fantastic bloke but mate, if I get banned or suspended over something you have passed along out of context then thats bullpoo.


Boomzie, in a couple days when I'm elected, I'll be turning the Australian Offsite into a massively FTP general section. I want it to be the most active off-site. :x
