Rarely ever check this thread, but are people seriously having a whinge about who and who doesn't have mod status in a chat room?

This came up earlier in the day, on chat. Like, all a mod does is ban those that aren't meant to be there.

Mate, been rocking about this joint for 7 years, was one of the original chat members, lived on it for over a year, and now every time I go on not only am I not host but it actually kicks me in the teeth by coming up with 'Chanserv has removed host'.

The only way I can truly convey my feelings is through this.
Srsly tho, chat aint da same these dayz.

:( I'll see if I can fix it. I remember when chat first opened, seems so long ago. The late night chats/gaming/life talks and stuff. I still play miniclip/FB pool :D. Reminds me, the Bunny Tank *may* be coming back. I'm afraid to tell Boomz for fear of what he'll post :P.

But yeah, chat has changed because demographics also changed a heap and more people frequent it often. Seen many stages of the chat life cycle, even though I also use it less often these days. Still pop in every now and again and chat.

Plus when the room crapped itself and then we went to the mods to sort it everybody was turfed out of it, only people left in it were me and you HP. So it is certainly evolving again.
