Yep, from that message it seems like the issue might be that the webs site that the chat was on hasn't been touched by Q (who, like Jukes said, created it from memory) since the date in the email. Could be wrong though.

I was made the site owner about a year ago due to Q being absent.

I still think you're getting the chat confused with the actual website that the chat was hosted on. Q was the only one with access to that and never handed it over to anyone.

All I know is the FF_Elite_Chat room is hosted by the site Everywherechat.com and I don't think Q has anything to do with them to the best of my knowledge.
What I do know is back in January of this year we had dramas with the room and the EWC Site Mods removed Q as room founder and with HP's help made me the founder of the room in order to sought whatever issue we were having at the time. Not sure what your talking about with Q not handing anything to anyone as with the EWC site you create a room which you then become Founder of but you don't have anything to do with the EWC Site itself you just have a room within it.

I'll do my best to explain.  :)

There's three parts to this, so I'll break it down.

Firstly, there's the chat. FF_Elite_Chat as I believe our chatroom is called. HP (or someone who was on chat back in the day) can correct me, but I believe Boomz actually made the chatroom itself before you reincarnated it.

Secondly, EWC (everywherechat) is the chat client we use, but as HP has given us in a post above, you can host the chat on your own website. At the moment, you are founder of the room, Boomz is no longer.

Last but not least, the issue I see is actually with the website that the embedded chat was hosted on. The chat has been fine this whole time. http://ffelitechat.webs.com/ was the URL of where we all normally went. http://www.webs.com/ is website that allows you to make your own website, if that makes sense. So while Boomz created the room we all sit around and chat in, Q created the website. The problem seems to be that the website ---> http://ffelitechat.webs.com/ is frozen. Webs sometimes does this to sites that haven't been logged into for a while, which is probably the issue. Q hasn't been active on FanFooty or the chat for a while, and once he created the website to embed the chat into, he never needed to log into it again, because he put the chat on the page we all normally see and so we just load the link (http://ffelitechat.webs.com/) and log into chat and don't actually log in to the website.

I've used http://www.webs.com/ sites before, and I've seen them get frozen (usually for bandwith problems though, not because of inactivity). So, unless Q actually contacts the help thing and can log back in, the old site is a goner.

The solution is just to create a new website. Something like fanfootychat.webs.com and embed the chat as HP has shown above and that should solve the problem.  8)

Yep, Q made the chat and also the webpage. When he was absent for a while it's when Boomz became a founder of the room, much like Grazz has now.

I can't figure out how to do the embedding properly, so anybody who has a little spare time can you please do it :).
