14th for Essendon would be a huge, collosal failure. Pretty unlikely to happen considering we made the 8 last year. Adelaide have had a great pre season I think they could finish higher then how you listed them. The rest seems about right except geelong should be number one. We underestimated them last year and we are doing the same this year....

1.Hawthorn (Have the quality to win just no injuries)
2.Collingwood (Still in the top two side in the comp)
3.West Coast (Paterson stadium huge advantage for such a good team will be to tall for most teams)
4.Carlton (Will all depend on if any forwards fire up this year)
5.St Kilda (Still think they can make top four just depends how much differnce Hayes make to mids)
6.Geelong (Big drop off this year I think but still have huge potenital)
7.Fremantle (Big movers of the year think they could finsh any wear from 5-7)
8.Sydney (Always consitant and always tough to play)
9.Essendon (not enough depth yet maybe next year)
10.North (Dont rate there defence but mids have to fire up big time for them to make finals)
11.Richmond (all this preseason hype will equate to another below par performance)
12.Crows (Sane as richmond struggle big time interstate just wont win enough games at home to make finals)
13.Demons (Still not good enough for finals)
14.Dogs (time to continue to look to the future
15.Power (Cant win interstate and dont think they will be to impressive at home)
16.Lions (Future looks good for 2014-2015 just not at the moment)
17.Gold Coast (Dont see them doing anything this year apart from winning about 4-5 matches)
18.GWS (First season if there anything like gold coast it will be an achievement but they dont have Gazza)
