HP smart only needs primary training.  I have been told 10 weeks in lavish academy for youth primary so in theory will be high reliable possible accomplished which we want. Secondary skills are right.  Fielding training leave till seniors

I really doubt he could get to Accomplished or High Reliable even in my Lavish Academy. I could get him to Rel/Rel quite easily but don't think any higher than that :-\.

Ok time to nominate batters for the U19 Squad.

I am putting a few restrictions in place though to stop far too many nominations coming in.

1. You can only nominate a max of 3 players. If you nominate more than that I will only look at the first 3 nominated and the others won't be put in the poll.
2. Any batter with a primary skill (bat or tech) of ordinary or average wont be put in the poll, so don't even bother nominating them ;)
